FICS Welcomes Christian Vulpe to new role as CEO
As we continue to embrace new opportunities and help our clients reach new heights, we are excited to share a key change in our organizational structure. Christian Vulpe has taken on the role of Chief Executive Officer, while Kathrina Loeffler, our Founder, moves into the role of Chief Strategy Officer. This change will ensure FICS continues to provide excellence in client service, while preparing for the future growth.
Christian's interests and responsibilities already include many aspects of our executive leadership, and Kathrina is excited to have more time to dedicate to key projects and specific client relationships. In their new roles, Kathrina and Christian will be able to focus on their areas of interest and strength, working together with the FICS team in our continued commitment to growth, leadership, and transformation.
Christian holds a Master of Education in Educational Psychology from McGill University with a focus on happiness at work, and is an Ontario Certified Teacher. He holds Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Education degrees from the University of Ottawa. Christian has been a Partner at FICS since 2014, serving in General Manager and Chief Operating Officer roles until this promotion to Chief Executive Officer.
Christian's career began with his passion for adult education and facilitation, and has since developed considerable experience in finance, overseeing the financial management of FICS and serving as Director of Finance and Administration for many FICS clients.
Christian's current focus is on providing transformational support to FICS clients, while cultivating the strategic growth of FICS and leading our uniquely talented team.
