FICS is proud to partner with Humane Canada in their goal to help ensure Canada’s Humane Societies and Societies for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCAs) meet or exceed high standards for cleanliness, professionalism, and animal treatment.
For Humane Societies and SPCAs, accreditation signals to potential donors and adopters that they have achieved best practices that put animal welfare first.
FICS staff can often be seen working with pets by their sides, many of them rescue animals. So it was very rewarding to work with Humane Canada in developing their accreditation process.
