FICS welcomed Kaitlyn Vankoppen, Accreditation Specialist to the team in February 2024. With a robust academic background—comprising a bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Psychology, along with a diploma in biotechnology—, and a diverse professional journey- encompassing roles in science communication within the public sector, project management with charitable organizations, and as a senior quality specialist within the medical device industry- Kaitlyn is excited to bring a multi-disciplinary approach to the team.
Drawing on her varied experience, she uses her expertise in quality improvement, policy and procedure review, and effective communication to support our accreditation clients. She is dedicated to creating efficient and user-friendly processes while forming data-driven decisions for continuous quality improvement. Her commitment to making a positive impact, both within our team and for our clients is evident in all she does.
